Welcome, we are a mother and son team, Candy and Sully Edwards.

Welcome, I'm Candy Edwards. I am grateful to be a lifelong resident of Rutherford County, NC. The beautiful foothills of Rutherford County encompass not only natural beauty, but opportunity from their serene lakes, landscapes, and farms, to the quaint towns of Forest City, Spindale, and Rutherfordton. This area experiences an amazing four season climate. Although I live in Rutherford County, I can assist you with buying or selling anywhere in North Carolina.


After a rewarding career in education, I am excited to enter the world of real estate and serve people in a new capacity. Qualities I gleaned as an educator, such as, trustworthiness, multitasking, dependability, organization, positivity, and dedication will serve me well as your real estate agent. My family is thrilled to own our own firm, Red Dirt Country Real Estate.


My husband and I have raised two children, a daughter and a son. I spent many wonderful years involved in their education and sports. I am also a dog mom to my three fur babies; two Australian Shepherds and a Chihuahua, that keeps all the others in line! In my spare time I enjoy reading, photography, thrifting, antiquing, and decorating. Home and community are of the utmost importance to me.
